Campus Mail Services delivers and receives internal and external mail for NIU faculty and staff.
All student mail is delivered by the postal carrier (U.S. Post Office, UPS or FedEx) right to the residence hall in the address. It doesn’t come through the Campus Mail Office. If you have any issues with your residence hall mail or any missing mail that you are trying to track down, you should contact the carrier and/or the housing office. Contact Housing and Residential Services for more information.
To purchase stamps or to send mail out, you can go downtown to the Dekalb Post Office or go to the postal center inside the Resource Bank at the corner of Annie Glidden and Taylor. The Dekalb Post Office accepts cash and most credit/debit cards. The postal center at the Resource Bank takes cash only.
