Yes, you can have guests stay with you, but you must follow the housing handbook guest policies. Hosts are responsible at all times for the conduct of their visitors.

All deliveries (including furniture deliveries) come to the community center office. You're responsible for moving any furniture into your apartment. Northern View staff cannot assist with moving furniture.

If you plan on having furniture delivered, we recommend having it delivered on the day you're moving in and working with the delivery company directly to have furniture brought to your apartment. Companies like UPS, FedEx or Amazon do not have access to apartment buildings and may not be able to accommodate your request like a private delivery company would.

No, you cannot sublet or allow anyone to live in your apartment that is not listed on your contract. If you need to make changes to your living arrangements, please contact us.

Students are required to stay in the apartment they contracted for. All residents sharing an apartment will complete a roommate agreement with their CA to ensure a positive living experience for all parties. We highly recommended that you reach out to your roommate prior to moving in together.
