Moving Out

If you have a booking in the spring, you can leave your things in your room during winter break. But unless you live in a hall that's open during winter break, and you signed up for winter break housing, plan to leave your room within 24 hours of your last final.

Got everything? Take all of your necessary stuff home with you! Staff will not be available to let you back into your room if you forget something during the break. Complete the checklist below prior to your check out appointment with your Community Advisor.

Changing rooms or not coming back?

If you are changing rooms, graduating, or not returning to the halls, make a check out appointment with Community Advisor. If you do not check out properly you will be charged a $50 improper check out fee.

If you are not attending the university or graduating after winter break you must complete a contract release request.
