Located on the northwestern edge of campus, Grant consists of four, 12-story towers. With a beautiful view of Central Park and the West Lagoon, it’s close to sports fields and tennis courts. Its modern study lounge offers a great place for students to collaborate and study.

Safety

The safety and security of every resident is important to us. Grant residents use their OneCard to enter the building 24/7. Residents must also use their OneCard to get onto their floor, both their card and a PIN are used to get into their room. At night, photo ID verification and guest check-in is enforced, and hall staff and NIU Police are available 24/7.
