CITL provides training and support for faculty (including instructional faculty) and graduate teaching assistants on using classroom technology. If there is a technical issue with the room, such as a device that does not turn on, please contact the appropriate technical support team for your classroom or submit an incident report to DoIT Classroom Media and Tech.
CITL offers workshops on using classroom technology at the start of the fall and spring semesters. If you are looking for training or consultation in the interim, please reach out at citl@niu.edu or book a consultation with us.
We are happy to meet with you individually to assist with using classroom technology or streaming your classroom. If you would like to meet virtually, you can schedule an online consultation.
