Get fit with friends! Our small group training program will help you get on track to a healthy lifestyle. Workouts are led by our experienced personal trainers and customized to meet the goals of your group. You'll benefit from:
- Individualized attention from a certified personal trainer
- Pre- and post- fitness assessments to track improvement
- Support from your fellow training members
- Weekly exercise routines tailored to your needs
Groups must have at least two participants and no more than eight.

Option One (Create Your Own Pack!)
Small group training is customizable to your availability interests and goals. Your program can run from four to eight weeks, with two or three sessions per week. Choose the number of sessions that's best for your group.
12-session program

24-session program
- Students: $175

Option Two (Join a Pack!)
Lunchtime Summer Slim Down with Jason is a six-week program (12-session program) on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:15-12:40 p.m. beginning May 20th and ending June 26.
Designed to burn calories with a functional movement emphasis in a circuit style of resistance training exercises. Learn a lot about making your routine more efficient and safer in a fun environment. The program is welcome for all experience levels.
- $45 for students ($3.75/session)
- $54 for members ($4.50/session)
- $65 for Non-members ($5.42/session)
