Get fit with friends! Our small group training program will help you get on track to a healthy lifestyle. Workouts are led by our experienced personal trainers and customized to meet the goals of your group. You'll benefit from:

Groups must have at least two participants and no more than six.
If you have a group of two to six people and a preferred meeting time, you can schedule your own small group training!
Small group training is customizable to your interests and goals. Your program can run from four to eight weeks, with two or three sessions per week. Choose the number of sessions that's best for your group.
