Join a group fitness class to have fun while you exercise. Our instructors will guide you through safe, effective workouts in a welcoming environment. We offer cardio and strength classes with a variety of benefits.

Registration

Follow these steps to register for a class:

  1. Visit our portal and select a class.
  2. Select the Register box for the class that fits your schedule.
  3. Log in
    • NIU students and employees should use their NIU credentials.
    • Community members will need to create an account before logging in.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete your registration and payment for in-person classes.
