Nutrition coaching is excited to offer two new group-based nutrition programs, our Intuitive Eating Workshop and Sports Nutrition Workshop. Our programs and one-on-one visits will resume in person, with the option to join any of our programs virtually!
Looking to boost energy and mental focus? Need new meal and snack inspiration? Curious if eating in a different way could help you feel better? You've come to the right place! Work one-on-one with a nutrition coach or join one of our group-based programs. Nutrition coaching is available during the fall and spring semesters.

Increased support from us, a better experience for you! Stay connected to your nutrition coach using our new virtual photo food logging app. Simply photograph your food throughout the week and get encouraging and constructive feedback from your coach between visits.
