If you need to make a change to the license plate that is affiliated with your parking permit, you can do so by following the simple steps below:
Access the parking portal and log in with your Z-ID/A-ID and password.
Click on "permits" and select "view" next to your current permit.
You can tell what your current permit is by looking at the date under "expires".
If you only have one license plate listed, you can add a secondary license plate by clicking on the orange "add a new vehicle" button.
If you need to permanently change a license plate that is on your permit, click on "permanent replacement" under the license plate that you want to change and follow the steps to replace your license plate.
If you need to make a temporary change to a license plate on your permit, click on "temporary replacement" under the license plate that you want to change and follow the steps to input a date range to update your license plate.
This option is used only if you need to drive a different vehicle for a short time.
Unfortunately, you cannot extend the time of a temporary replacement. You will need to create another temporary replacement to extend the time.
The parking system currently does not allow you to change your vehicle descriptions. If your license plate has stayed the same, but you have a new vehicle, please contact parking via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your license plate and the new make, model, color and year of the vehicle so that we can get it updated for you.
As a reminder, you can only have one registered vehicle on campus at any given time.
