Refunds

Annual Permit

  • A full refund less a $10 processing fee will be issued to anyone who returns their permit to Campus Parking Services within 1 month of the purchase date.
  • An 80% refund less a $10 processing fee will be issued to anyone who returns their permit to Campus Parking Services within 2 months of the purchase date.
  • A 60% refund will be issued to anyone who returns their permit to Campus Parking Services within 3 months of the purchase date.
  • There will be no refunds on permits returned after 3 months of the purchase date.

Fall or Spring Permit

  • A full refund less a $10 processing fee will be issued to anyone who returns their permit to Campus Parking Services within 1 month of the purchase date.
  • A 50% refund will be issued to anyone who returns their permit to Campus Parking Services within 2 months of the purchase date.
  • There will be no refunds on permits returned after 2 months of the purchase date.

Summer Permit

  • A full refund less a $10 processing fee will be issued to students who return their permit to Campus Parking Services within seven days of the beginning of the summer semester.
  • There will be no refunds for permits returned after seven days from the starting date of the summer semester.

NOTE: Refunds are issued in the manner in which they were originally paid. If paid in the office by a credit card you need to bring in the same credit card for the refund to be issued. Exception: Cash or check payments will be credited to student's Bursar account.
