Located on the lower level of Founders Memorial Library, Einstein Bros. Bagels is serving up your favorite pick-me-ups and good eats.

From a cup of roasted coffee to the more adventurous specialty drinks, Darn Good & Bros. Coffee beverages keep the caffeine flowing no matter the occasion. They have you covered from studying for the next test to the little extra boost you need to get going in the morning.

As you can imagine with it right there in the name, Einstein Bros. Bagels is known best for fresh baked bagels and “shmear” that go perfectly with your coffee. But Einstein Bros. isn't just bagels. They have a variety of tasty options from breakfast through dinner, offering sandwiches on bagels, ciabatta rolls and even wraps. Let's not forget about salads, fresh fruit and parfaits.
