Purpose:

This record series consists of structural outlines and curriculum guides for specific course offerings within the Community College Department.  The documents are used for course articulation only. Contents in the record series include subject matter topics, requirements of the course, prerequisites of the course, and the descriptions of material and calendars.

Procedure:

Retain in office until replaced by new outline, then dispose of.

Purpose:

This record series consists of financial documents which detail the accounting operations within the Community College Department. Contents in the record series include purchase orders, monthly financial reports, general accounting system (GAS) reports, budgetary records and inventory sheets.  The originals are filed with the Accounting Department.

Procedure:

Retain in office for three (3) years, then dispose of provided all audits have been completed under the supervision of the Auditor General, if necessary, and no litigation is pending or anticipated.
