The file contains information retained on all persons interested in obtaining a minor in the Women's Studies Program.  The records include declaration of minor forms; lists of prospective minors; final grade reports; copies of student exams and papers; and related correspondence. Original student records are maintained with the Office of Registration and Records.

Retain in the office for five (5) years, then dispose of provided all administrative value has expired.
