Purpose:

The files contain all budget (line item) work papers used in the creation and development of new programs. Original series documents are scheduled for accessioning by the University Archives per #100.17 of this application.

Procedure:

Retain in office for three (3) years, then dispose of provided all audits have been completed under the supervision of the Auditor General, if necessary and no litigation is pending or anticipated.
