Career Pathway Dashboard

Optimize your career pathway by using this interactive tool to search occupations, skills, employers, and regional demand. The dashboard aligns NIU departments and academic programs with the current labor market at the bachelor's, master's and doctoral degree levels. Use real-time data from 3.4 million job postings analyzed by Emsi Burning Glass to inform your curricular decisions as well as prepare application materials for an internship or full-time position. NIU students, faculty and staff can access the Career Pathway Dashboard through SharePoint using their 0365 accounts.
