Host an Information Session
Showcase your organization and career opportunities through an on-campus information session, typically hosted in the Holmes Student Center. Information sessions are even more effective when paired with campus interviews or career fair participation. Promote your session at least three weeks in advance through Huskies Get Hired to maximize student attendance.
Participate in Career and Internship Fairs
NIU hosts large-scale career and internship fairs each semester, offering employers the opportunity to connect with hundreds of students from a wide range of academic programs in a single day. Fair registration fills quickly; early reservation is strongly encouraged.
Conduct On-campus Interviews
Meet and interview top candidates on campus in a professional, employer-friendly setting. NIU provides private interview rooms, Wi-Fi access, a dedicated employer lounge and student check-in support. Interviews are scheduled through Huskies Get Hired for a streamlined experience.
