Frequently Asked Questions

How will I access Adobe Creative Cloud?

You can install any of the Creative Cloud application on a computer using the instructions above. Many Adobe Creative Cloud applications function directly within the browser, like Adobe Express, Firefly, Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom, but you may find that the full, installed versions have more features and are quicker.  Log in at adobe.com to access Creative Cloud on the web.

Some applications also have mobile apps that you can use on Apple and Android devices.  These include Adobe Express, Photoshop, Premiere Rush, Illustrator, Lightroom, and more.  Search for Adobe in the App Store or Google Play to install the mobile apps.

Will all the apps in Creative Cloud download at once?

You control which of the 20+ Creative Cloud apps you download, when you download each one, and which devices you install them on.

Start your downloads by installing the Creative Cloud Desktop app or by logging into Creative Cloud home on the web. You can install the mobile app from your app store. From the login screen you'll be able to download your apps for desktop, web, and mobile. Use your Creative Cloud app to keep programs up to date, manage your cloud documents, sync files, access and search your libraries, find fonts, learn new skills, and more.

How do I keep access to my Creative Cloud content after I leave?

Graduating Students: Adobe has created a process for you to migrate your content to a free account so that you can keep all of your work. If you want to continue creating new content, you will need to maintain a personal subscription, but you can retain access to the work you have already created by visiting the Adobe Graduation page.

Faculty & Staff: After purchasing a personal account (click the "Individual" tab for purchasing options), follow this step-by-step guide to use Creative Cloud to migrate, or transfer, assets.
