New User Training
This session will explore basic functions of the Navigate platform for new users. Topics include navigating the student profile, report on appointments, the appointment center, notes, saved searches and watch lists. Recommended for all users.
Appointment Center Training
This session will introduce users to the appointment center and how to make, move, and cancel student appointments. Recommended for front desk users as well as users that manage their own appointments.
