Use this form to request NIU promotional items from University Marketing's inventory or to request an exception to purchase promotional items.
University Marketing assists our campus partners with NIU promotional items for the purpose of student recruitment as our inventory allows. Requests are prioritized from academic areas that are hosting campus visits for high school and transfer students in partnership with Undergraduate Admissions daily information sessions and tours. Because of current budget constraints, not all requests will be fulfilled. Please submit your request at least two weeks before your event.
NIU is not purchasing promotional items through FY27 except in limited circumstances, and every purchase requires vice-presidential approval regardless of fund source.
