Submit or Revise a Policy

This form is intended to submit a new or revise an existing university policy) for inclusion in the NIU Policy Library. The entire form – the policy impact statement and policy narrative – must be submitted. Upon submission, the policy librarian will review the policy proposal and place it on the NIU Policy Library website for public comment. Learn more about the policy submission process.
