Process for Submitting or Revising a Policy

    Policy sponsor proposes and drafts policy.

    Policy librarian determines whether the proposal is complete and ready for comment.

  • 3

    Policy proposal is posted to the Policy Library for 30-day comment.

  • 4

    Policy librarian and responsible office will review the comments and make changes, as needed.

  • 5

    Policy Library Committee may convene to determine whether additional consultation is needed.

  • 6

    Policy Approval Authority approves or denies the policy.

  • 7

    Policy librarian publishes the policy in the Policy Library.
