The hotel accepts credit and debit cards. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We do not accept cash or checks.
Parking is not included with hotel reservations; guests are responsible for purchasing a visitor parking pass through the NIU Parking Services, during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Parking on campus is free the weekends.
Please visit the NIU Parking portal to purchase a parking pass if necessary.
You must call at least 24 hours prior to arrival to cancel a reservation without penalty. If you do not call within this time period or do not call at all to cancel the reservation, your credit card will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the first night's room and tax.
Wi-Fi access is free for all guests on NIU's campus, including the Hotel at Holmes.
