Cindy Sue brings to NIU her extensive experience in higher education retail as well as a history of strong connections to the campus community. She previously served as the assistant manager of school supplies at the NIU bookstore. In addition, Cindy Sue also served in campus store management roles at The Benjamin School bookstore in North Palm Beach, Florida where she began her campus store retail career more than 16 years ago.

Don brings to NIU his extensive experience in higher education retail as well as a history of strong connections to the campus community. He began his campus store retail career more than 19 years ago at NIU. Don previously served as the NIU Bookstore manager from 2002 until 2018. Don has a bachelor degree in English from NIU.
