Around your start date, you'll complete online orientation for new NIU employees. We also encourage you to review the information below that will help you prepare for orientation and your new position.
Required Paperwork
To access the required documents, log in to the NIU Onboarding Portal using the information you received in your Welcome to NIU email. When you’ve submitted the paperwork, we’ll email you a link to online orientation.
Required paperwork includes the Form 1-9, which is required by the federal government. You must complete and sign this form no later than your first day of employment.
