As an NIU employee, you'll provide documentation of the hours you work and/or the benefits you use. If you're an hourly employee, you'll complete an hourly timesheet twice a month. If you're salaried, you'll fill out a benefit usage form once a month.
You’ll be paid twice a month, on the 15th and last day of the month. Your pay will be directly deposited into your bank account.
You can see your pay statement electronically in MyNIU. You have to sign up to receive paper statements.
