Patricia S. Siebrasse is a retired employee who served Northern Illinois University for 50 years as an administrative professional and was a valuable member of the Administrative Professionals Advisory Council (APAC) since its inception in 1995. The award is presented to an administrative professional at NIU who demonstrates continued commitment to their field, operational efficiency within their organization and provides meaningful contributions to NIU.

Tita has been an integral part of NIU for 23 years in which the last 20 years have been spent with the College of Law. Tita currently serves as the administrative assistant to the dean in the College of Law. Congratulations Tita!

Cathy Cradduck was initially hired at the university on 12/21/88 as a secretary III-transcribing in Counseling and Student Development; held positions in the College of Business and Allied Health and then left in 1997 to finish her B.A.; returned in 10/97 in the President's Office; currently an administrative assistant with VP Research and Innovative Partnership. Varsie Geisler was initially hired at the university on 8/5/85 as a secretary III-Transcribing in Learning and Development; left the university in 1987 and came back on 9/18/00 as a secretary IV in Allied Health; currently an office support specialist, Nursing and Health Studies. Janice (Jan) Vander Meer began her career at NIU on 7/29/82 as a secretary III-transcribing in English and is currently employed there as the office administrator.
