The Latino Resource Center building offers a computer lab, conference room, smart classroom, study/library area, student lounge and wireless Internet.
The computer lab is equipped with 10 computers. The lab is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. during the academic year. The computer lab is an Anywhere Printing site.
When the Latino Resource Center and Center for Latino and Latin American Studies (CLLAS) are not holding meetings/events, students are encouraged to use the space to host meetings or study. The conference room holds a capacity of 10.
Since it is a shared space, the LRC coordinates the use of the smart classroom with CLLAS to host school site visits, speakers, classes and/or events. Student organizations typically reserve their evening meetings in the smart classroom. The smart classroom holds a capacity of 55. No food or drinks (except water) are allowed in the room.
The library includes collections in the fields of Latino history and Colonial and Modern Latin American Studies. Hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The student lounge is an area used for studying, hosting meetings and/or events. It holds a capacity of 25-30.
Note: The building hours during the semester break may be different.
