CURE Presenter Awards

The Office of Student Engagement and Experiential Learning is excited to be able to offer a monetary award to students with exceptional presentations due to the Dr. Arnold Hampel and Dr. Denise Kennedy CURE Award Fund. Students receiving awards will also have the opportunity for their poster to be published in the CURE Proceedings in Huskies Commons, NIU’s repository for scholarly work.

Judges use a rubric to rate student presentations. There is a rubric for research and artistry projects (DOCX) and a rubric for engagement showcase projects (DOCX).

Students ranked in the top of their respective award category based on discipline and subject will receive a monetary award.
