Tiffany Morris

Tiffany is a native of Chicago, Illinois with a diverse background in education, higher learning and real estate. She has dedicated over a decade to developing educational programs, enhancing financial literacy, and driving strategic initiatives in K-12 and higher education.

She joined NIU Recreation in July of 2015 where she served as an administrative assistant and HR specialist for several years before pursuing other roles in higher education within WIOA and TRIO Student Support Services (SSS).

She returned to NIU Recreation in July of 2022, where she served as the assistant director of business operations and was promoted to associate director of business operations for Recreation. In this role, she applies her expertise to enhance operational efficiency and enhance the student experience. Her multifaceted experience and strong financial literacy skills uniquely position her to foster growth and innovation in university recreation services.
