The decision about sanctions is made on a case-by-case basis, by a trained conduct administrator. The conduct administrator will consider all aspects of the case as well as the prior conduct history of the student. Remember, that violations of the Student Code of Conduct are cumulative, in that the more times a student is found responsible for an offense, the more significant sanctions are imposed. Students always have the right to request a hearing before an administrative hearing officer or conduct board.
