We deliver workshops and presentations to NIU classes, student organizations, and departments. Featuring content developed by our career counselors, these events reach thousands of students each year.
We welcome the opportunity to partner with you and your class or organization. Though we can't guarantee availability for all requests, our goal is to connect with as many NIU students as possible.
Submit requests at least three weeks before your preferred program date.
Allow three business days for a response.
Please note: Our staff has limited availability the two weeks before the October and February career and internship fairs. Please submit requests for this time especially early.
Format and Location
We'll work with you to identify the best format for your program. Depending on day, time and staff/venue availability, we may suggest an in-person or an online program:
If your program will be in person and your group meets off campus, you'll need to arrange a suitable on-campus meeting space.
If your in-person program will take place outside of Career Services, you'll need to arrange a meeting space and any presentation technology in advance.
