Our world is ruled by data. As a statistics major, you’ll learn how to use data to solve problems and make decisions in a range of settings. In addition to knowledge of the specialized techniques and tools used to organize and analyze data, you’ll gain collaboration and communication skills to help you succeed as part of a team.
I am double majoring in applied mathematics and statistics and minoring in economics and sports analytics. I decided to pursue these degrees because of my love for math. It has always come very naturally to me, and it’s what I love most.
