Momentum

Momentum is a supportive, structured study environment designed to help you build effective study habits, stay accountable, and develop academic confidence. Momentum provides a focused space where studying is the expectation, while peer accountability leaders and academic success staff help you stay on track.

Unlike traditional study spaces, Momentum combines structured study time with learning agreements, accountability and academic success strategies to help you improve focus, reduce distractions and create sustainable study routines.

Momentum is designed to support you at any stage of your academic journey, whether you are looking to improve study habits, stay motivated, prepare for exams, or build consistency throughout the semester.

Momentum is available Sundays through Wednesdays from 4 to 8 p.m. at Founders Learning Commons, starting the second week of each semester.

How It Works

  • Set goals and develop personalized study plans.
  • Practice time management and task initiation strategies.
  • Build accountability through peer support and check-ins.
