Enrollment Certification for Military Students

Please use this form to submit your Enrollment Certification each semester you intend to use military benefits with NIU. Take note that you must be enrolled in all your classes prior to filling out this form. Each student is responsible for keeping track of their own eligibility units, as well as their eligibility status.
