Any individual who experiences or witnesses possible acts of discrimination or harassment by an NIU employee as defined by the university’s Nondiscrimination, Harassment and Retaliation Policy and Complaint Procedures has the right to report the activity to the applicable university administrator or to the Ethics and Compliance Office via the below discrimination/harassment complaint form.
After the electronic complaint form has been submitted, an investigator will contact you to set up a private appointment to discuss all of the factual and circumstantial information related to the complaint.
