A calming space to catch your breath.

Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or like everything's just a bit too much? Huskie Relaxation Stations are calming spaces around campus where you can step away to focus on feeling better and supporting you.

Each space is designed to help you relax and cope with your feelings—with soft lighting, comfy seating, and a peaceful vibe. You’ll find all kinds of tools to help you, including:

  • Noise-canceling headphones
  • Weighted stuffed animals
  • Fidget toys
  • Coloring books and puzzles
  • Yoga mats for stretching or mindfulness
  • And more

These dedicated spaces are for your mental health and wellbeing. Drop in when you need a break to breathe, reconnect, and take care of how you're feeling. No appointment needed. Just come as you are.
