Kevin Hamor (he/him/his)

I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at Counseling and Consultation Services, completing the last training requirement before I apply for licensure. I look forward to continuing my work with students and being a part of the Husky pack.

I am passionate about letting students embrace all parts of themselves through the journey of self-discovery. Through therapy, I provide a therapeutic space in which students can focus on defining and embodying self-compassion, kindness, and joy to become the best version of themselves. It is my hope that all students who meet with me leave feeling more affirmed, respected, and equipped to take on the world. Although we may all look, speak, eat, dance, and live differently, I wish to celebrate and meet all students as they are, not who they are expected to be.

In my free time, I thoroughly enjoy all things autumnal and pumpkin-related. I also practice self-compassion through socializing with friends and curling up on the couch with a cozy blanket, a warm cup of coffee, and the Real Housewives on the television.
