People's Organizing Weekend Empowerment Retreat (POWER)

POWER is an amazing and high-energy gathering of student activists where they learn together about organizing and collective action. The organizers brought in reflect the diversity of Huskies and it’s truly a one-of-a-kind experience.

The goal of POWER is for student activists to create spaces strategically and effectively for intentional and culturally specific planning focused on coalition building while allowing participants to work as allies and collaborators.

This year POWER will be held from January 19-21, 2024. Starting this year you'll have the opportunity to earn three credits for POWER if you choose to opt in!
