NIU is committed to a healthy campus community where everyone is valued, respected and have a sense of belonging. We believe that education is one of the most effective ways to build a more equitable and inclusive campus. Social Justice Education (SJE) provides the university community with educational experiences to build and sustain an inclusive campus where everyone respects the value and dignity of all members.
