To supplement available self-paced training, live NIU-specific Interfolio training is being scheduled for those who will be using the Interfolio system during the phased implementation of the 2025-2026 cycle.
An initial case manager training session was offered for NIU administrative staff who will be responsible for managing the promotion and tenure review process for their college and/or academic department. This training session covered the details for creating and managing promotion and/or tenure cases in the new Interfolio system.
This self-paced, interactive course covers the various administrative settings, creation of templates, creation and management of review committees and cases, and the reporting options using Interfolio RPT. NOTE: This training includes administrative settings beyond the case manager role and case managers will not have all the system permissions introduced in this training.
Estimated time to complete: 45 minutes
