We appreciate your interest in supporting NIU students. Learn how you can help by donating items or funds.

Give Food

You can bring food donations to Room 150 of the Campus Life Building, 8 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

We accept canned and dry goods, as well as fresh and frozen food (no expired items, please). We also accept household items.

Our most-needed items include:

• Fresh fruit: banana, apples, oranges, mango, etc.
• Fresh vegetables: packaged spinach, lettuce, peppers, etc.
• Frozen items: microwavable meals, juice, small bags of frozen fruit, small bags of frozen vegetables.
• Pasta sauce.
• Condiments: salad dressing, ketchup and mustard.
• Spices: salt and pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, etc.
• Cleaning products: detergent, dish soap, paper towels.
• Hygiene products: soap, shampoo, deodorant, feminine products.

Give Funds

You can make a monetary donation by check or online. Make checks payable to NIU Foundation and bring or mail to:
