The ZUMBA lab is focused on multiple approaches to considering the role of the perception of age in the workplace, including but not limited to age stereotyping, discrimination, bias, metastereotypes, prescriptive age stereotypes, multiple conceptualizations of age, age identification, and the intersection of age and other characteristics.
