Edible Campus Fundraising Dinner

Every fall, we celebrate the harvest and raise funds for Edible Campus and the Huskie Food Pantry with our Evening with Chef Bryan fundraising dinner.

The first Edible Campus Fundraising Dinner took place in November 2022, as a collaboration among the NIU Division of Outreach, Engagement and Regional Development, Campus Dining Services and the Division of Student Affairs. That first dinner welcomed about 50 diners and raised $3,500, split between the Huskie Food Pantry and Edible Campus.

More than just a fundraiser, the dinner is also a celebration of local food and community. It brings together students, faculty and staff, and community members to experience the bounty of the gardens and affirm our commitment to local food.
