This service does not include class projects and/or posters presented as part of a course assignment.
Academic Conference Poster Requirements
- Please allow at least three business days for the review and two business days for the printing processes.
- Please review our academic poster design and printing guide before submitting your poster.
- Please use one of the conference poster templates to create your poster as PDF file.
- Please submit only PDF files. PowerPoint and other file types will not be accepted.
- When your poster is complete, it must be submitted using the form below. Once submitted, your poster will be sent to the Clearinghouse for review. You are responsible for making any required edits before your poster can be printed.
- Faculty submitting multiple conference posters on behalf of students are asked to please bundle their request.
Costs
In addition to approval from the Clearinghouse, all student and faculty poster submissions must be approved by the department chair.
Effective July 1, 2025:
- Student conference poster invoices will be billed to the Provost’s Office.
- Faculty conference poster invoices will be billed to the department.
When submitting a print request for faculty posters, the following must be provided:

Forward confirmation email of department chair approval to
our office.

The cost center for billing purposes.

Pick Up
University Libraries will contact you to arrange the date, time and location for picking up your poster. These arrangements will depend on your deadline.
