If you have a background in public service, completing your bachelor’s degree through our convenient online program can open doors to career advancement and leadership opportunities. Designed for mid-level managers, first responders and other public sector professionals, our program builds on your prior education and experience, allowing you to earn up to 30 hours of proficiency credit toward your degree.
With your knowledge and skills in leadership theory, budgeting, operations management, community engagement, intercultural communication and public relations, you’ll be ready to thrive in roles such as public works director, police sergeant, emergency management director and fire lieutenant.
