Leading Employees to Success (L.E.T.S.) Program

Transitioning to a new job can be a challenging experience. This is where the L.E.T.S. (Leading Employees to Success) new employee program steps in. L.E.T.S. is designed to assist you and your supervisor during the first few months of employment, which is a crucial transition time.

L.E.T.S. staff will contact you on or soon after your hire date. They’ll offer you the opportunity to connect with a mentor/contact person who will guide you through your first few months at NIU.
