Employers

Access top computer science talent.

Our students bring strong technical foundations, problem-solving skills and professionalism to the workplace. We offer multiple, flexible ways to connect with them—ranging from internships and academic-credit experiences to formal recruiting and informal engagement opportunities.

Internship Program

Participate in our active internship program to engage students who are ready to contribute to real projects and learn quickly on the job.

Research and Development Internship (RDI)

The RDI program allows select undergraduate and graduate students to work year-round, including during the academic year. This structure supports continuity, deeper onboarding and long‑term employer-student relationships. Faculty recommend our highest‑performing students for RDI placements.

Targeted Job and Internship Promotion

Share opportunities directly with our students by emailing the assistant to the chair, Daniel Rogness, with position details, location, visa requirements and contact information.

Guest Speaking and Employer Visibility

Build your employer brand by presenting to our student chapter of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). Presentations focus on technical topics or professional insights and provide a natural way to connect with students. Contact ACM advisor, Jonathan Lehuta, to be added to the prospective speaker list.
