Gain Practical Tools to Serve Your Community More Effectively
Since 2004, the Civic Leadership Academy (CLA) has helped to develop the leadership skills of government and nonprofit professionals through practical workshops that address your needs. CLA is a program of the Northern Illinois University Center for Governmental Studies (CGS).
A variety of courses are held online each year. We also provide custom workshops for organizations and municipalities. For groups of 10 or more, check out the group discount rate. Registration is required to attend each course.
