Program Development
Successful workforce development begins with robust policies and guidance. We bring decades of experience to the table to help states develop policies that align training programs with federal and state legislation.
A policy is only as successful as its implementation. Effective program development meets workers and providers where they are to deliver the training and supportive services to launch career pathways leading to successful careers.
Program Evaluation and Improvement
Continual evaluation and improvement ensures programs are successfully supporting workers and meeting workforce needs. We analyze participant and program-level data and meet with practitioners in the field to identify successes, barriers and areas for improvement. We partner with practitioners to identify policies and practices that lead to successful outcomes for job seekers and employers.
