About

NIU faculty and staff members care about our students. When a student experiences challenges or shows signs of distress, we want them to get the support they need. The Student of Concern Committee was formed to help students in such situations.

What We Do

We work to promote well-being on campus by working with students who need extra support. We determine the level of assistance a student needs, make recommendations, and provide access to appropriate interventions and guidance.
